One staff member's attitude deserves appreciation, and despite some shortcomings, we had a good stay. The rooms were just okay, and they'd be more comfortable with proper blankets and towels. Food was okay too, but not up to the mark.
The rooms looked like public toilets, with a bad smell and mosquitoes everywhere. I called OYO and Goibibo to ask for a different property, but they didn't respond properly, and we still haven't had a call back from them. A really awful experience. Please don't go with OYO and Goibibo.
Our booking was cancelled without telling us, and nobody responded when we asked what had happened. We were left with nowhere to go at 11:30 pm. I'd give zero stars if I could. Oyo app's customer service is pathetic. Please don't book through it.
It's a long way from munnar, so getting there for sightseeing was a struggle. The service was bad, the food was the worst I've ever had, there was no hot water, and the towel stank. A very bad hotel experience.
The room was okay, but the service was awful and the towel was bad. It's very far from Munnar, and the room gate made an irritating noise whenever we opened or closed it. Don't choose this place.
