MaxiMunnar T&U Leisure Hotel

Mr Praful, the hotel GM, was sweet and courteous, and we really appreciated his hospitality. We spent 6 days here and found the staff very polite, with requests handled quickly at any time of day. Our Deluxe room had a remarkable valley view. The hotel is also in a good spot, just 2 kms from munnar town market. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The only real disturbance came from nearby residents playing loud music and having campfires in the evening. Otherwise, the hotel felt very safe for families. It's in a scenic area, the rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. The restaurant was hygienic, with fresh, hot food, and I was particularly impressed by the restaurant staff's professional, excellent behavior.

The premium rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food and service were excellent. We had a wonderful family stay at Maximunnar T&U Leisure Hotel this week. The staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help, especially GM Mr. Prabhul and his team, who went above and beyond. Heavy traffic caused major delays for our group, but they were understanding about our arrival and flexible with check-in and check-out. Even though we arrived at very unusual lunch hours, they arranged food for all 10 of us without hesitation. Mr. Prabhul was professional, responsive, and caring. He also helped arrange and guide us through our Kolukkumalai experience during the peak holiday rush, which would have been difficult otherwise. We were impressed by his dedication and kindness. We had a fantastic time and would love to return. Highly recommended for families and groups visiting Munnar.

One thing that stood out to me is that this excellent establishment is owned by a co-operative bank. It's impressive to see a cooperative bank run a place with such strong cleanliness, service, and management. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was tasty, and the atmosphere peaceful and welcoming. GM Praful and his colleagues were very helpful, and the location was great. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.
