The room service was good, and the contact person was polite. The hotel is average, though, and I think they need to improve the cleaning and check the maintenance.

For the price, the bar quality is poor. They served my beer in a dirty glass, then said the color comes from the beer when it's poured cold.

This was my 18th stay here, and it was the worst one. The rooms were dirty and didn't feel safe for families. Two men at reception were rude and mocked a guest, and the staff behavior overall was very bad. Staff like this will make the hotel lose its reputation.

I stayed one night with my family for my friend's reception. The deluxe room isn't worth the price, and the restroom wasn't maintained properly. The water shooter barely worked, and the washbasin tap had a very weak flow. They say parking is available, but there was none inside the premises, so I had to park on the roadside.

The reception was neat, but the atmosphere elsewhere felt unpleasant and the rooms were really bad. There was no parking. Service, though, was good: the humble staff member quickly changed everything, though I don't know his name.
