I visit Le Orchids - Kalishwari Mall regularly, but I'm writing about the mall, not the hotel. Almost every time I'm there, someone parks carelessly in front of the entrance and blocks the pathway to underground parking. It makes getting in or out of the basement extremely frustrating. Ground-level parking is already very limited, so when that route is blocked, customers are left to find an inconvenient spot outside or go without parking. Management needs to deal with this recurring problem. Security should keep the entrance clear. Better monitoring and basic parking discipline would help, and I hope they act soon.

The basics were bad: the blankets had stains, rubbish from the previous use was still there, and the toilets weren't clean. Starting at 5am, banging and rolling noises from the gym upstairs kept us awake. Breakfast was served in a mess, and the rooms were only average. A terrible experience.

Room 103 had poor maintenance, and the heater didn't work. There were also lots of bed bugs and cockroaches.

The breakfast was okay and enough, though there weren't many choices. It's one of the good places to stay in Sivakasi.

The W people arcade room has a ball pit, and the prices are cheap. The paneer was a bit stale, though.
