We spent three days here for wedding ceremonies, and the rooms were very clean and hygienic. The views of nature were lovely too, especially if you want a break from busy city life. The entire Fortune staff were respectful and courteous. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but Miss Veerpal and Miss Ankita in the dining area were particularly professional and polite. I was honestly surprised by this level of service in an Indian hotel. Thanks to the whole team, and kudos to management for the training and well-kept standards.

The mountain views from our room and the rooftop really added to our family stay at Fortune Select Forest Hill, Kasauli. Our family room was huge, comfortable, and well appointed, and the hospitality was outstanding. Service was quick and courteous, and the food was better than we expected. The stay exceeded what I’d had in mind and turned into one of my favorite family getaways. I’d gladly choose this property again and hope to be back soon.

Chef Shivraj deserves special mention for how well he handled our requests for the 25th Anniversary celebration. We asked for the hotel food to be Jain friendly, and he agreed, assured us, and delivered with real skill. He kept an open mind and did even better than we expected. The staff and management were also very hospitable, especially considering how many guests we had. It was an extremely good experience.

Mr. Sahil, Mr. Lokesh, Ms. Veerpal and Mr. Pawan took care of everything for us. The fresh, soft bread and cakes at high tea and breakfast were lovely, and they even make grilled sandwiches to order at breakfast. There was live music at high tea by Mr. Pramod. The children’s play area has everything from a trampoline to a ps5, though it wasn’t fully operational when we visited. They were great with our toddler’s requests, too. Mr. Shivraj made sure each vegetable on the dinner buffet had its own distinct taste, and there was even dark chocolate ice cream. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the balcony views of the mountains, even though the rooms are small. The pool water was comparatively warm enough to swim in despite the jacket-like cold that evening, and complimentary steam and sauna were available. We’d travelled from Welcomheritage Parv Valley Kasauli, which hadn’t been up to the mark, so this place was excellent by comparison.

The service was quick and warm, with a special mention to Ankit from F&B. The amenities all worked and were in really good condition, and the rooms were clean. It’s a beautiful property with lovely views and definitely good value for money. I’d rate it very highly.
