We booked the whole resort for a wedding, and the food was amazing. The service was five-star, and the staff were very polite. The general manager was especially kind and cooperative. The only issue was that some rooms didn’t have fans, so they got hot when the sun came in. Everything else was fantastic. It was a great experience, and I’d recommend the place to others. I’d love to go back if I get the chance.

The weather and location are amazing, and the pool is large enough for both adults and children. The rooms are extraordinary, with decent room service.

We’ve been to Heaven's Retreat a couple of times, and it really does have a heavenly feel. The food is amazing, and the staff and service are excellent. I’m grateful to the owner for building such a beautiful hotel. We’d love to visit many more times 💖💖💖

The surroundings were beautiful, but they couldn’t make up for the poor treatment or the lack of attention to guests’ needs. The overall service was subpar, and the resort’s general manager behaved appallingly. It’s disappointing that management didn’t seem to prioritize customer satisfaction, and the stay left me let down.
