The rooms we were given didn’t look like the ones in the Google photos, and the service was worse. Even a slight rain shower stops the escalator from working. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

It felt easy to settle in here. The place is stylish and comfortable, with a warm, elegant feel, and the staff were helpful and always smiling.

The food was good, but that couldn’t make up for how unpleasant the service made the stay. We waited hours for our order, and the staff seemed poorly managed and unprofessional. Our room also needed much better upkeep. The resort sits quite far from the city centre, and there wasn’t the hill view we’d been promised. Wi-Fi was very slow, and the mobile signal was weak. It looked promising online, but left us disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend staying until they make major improvements.

It was my first visit to Solan, and I came away with a lovely impression of the area. I had a comfortable room and a terrace looking out over the golden hills. The staff went above and beyond to help, and the food was some of the best I ate during my time in Himachal. I’d stay here again without hesitation, 5/5.

VERONIKA RESORT is in a lovely location, and it looks beautiful. The hotel was neat and clean, the staff were so sweet, and the food was Osama. I loved it ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
