Service was terrible and very limited. They never said no when I asked for things, but they didn't provide them either. I asked for towels and got none. The bedding was very dirty, and the toilet was unhygienic. When I asked for extra bedding, they gave me only bedding, without a sheet or blanket.
The bathroom had no water, and the geyser wasn't working. Management was so bad. All in all, it was such a terrible experience. Please don't ever book this hotel.
The rooms and service are both awful. They don't even have water in the rooms.
For what we paid, the service was nowhere near good enough. There wasn't even a water bottle or slippers in the room. I could have overlooked the missing bottle, but when we raised the issue with the service team, they offered no solution. The rooms are very expensive, and the service was zero.
The food was superb, and the chefs did a fantastic job. Our room was clean, roomy, and really comfortable, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. I'd stay here again on my next vacation.
