Pine Drive Resort

The location was the only good part. We got no service, the staff were careless, and there was no professionalism. The food was extremely poor and unhygienic, and we actually felt sick after eating it. Management needs to improve hygiene. The atmosphere and crowd seemed more suited to stag groups than families, so I wouldn’t call this family friendly. A very bad experience. I’d never return and definitely don’t recommend it to families.

The hospitality fell far below what I expected. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and didn’t handle our concerns properly. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, and the service was extremely disappointing.

For the scenery and room quality, it’s a fantastic stay if you can overlook the weak hospitality. Staff generally seemed uninterested when we asked for help, and the food wasn’t that great. Pine Drive Resort has an excellent location, and the property is beautiful. I’d suggest the Super Deluxe rooms: they’re spacious and have a nice balcony with breathtaking mountain views. The washrooms were clean and well maintained.

What made the stay feel special was the staff, who were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The room was spotless and well appointed, and I loved the beautiful interior design and luxurious feel of the hotel. I was really impressed.
