The room was disappointing for the price, even though the location right in the Mall Road market was very convenient. The blanket was dirty and smelled bad, there was no shower in the washroom, and the TV didn't work. We had to ask several times before basic requests were handled. Even the tea arrived uncovered, which felt unhygienic. The stay wasn't worth the money.

The rooms are good, and room service is decent in some ways. When we call, they send someone, but sometimes the issue gets fixed and sometimes it doesn't. I rang five times before the TV started working, and then DishTV still wasn't working, so I gave up. I also asked for a pillow and never got one. If good room service is what you're after, don't book here, try somewhere else.

The room doesn't match the price, and they charged extra for a heater even though there was no hot AC available. Service was pathetic. You have to call three or four times for anything.

We had a really bad experience this time. The room was good but not fully clean, the TV wasn't working, and there was no staff around. The food and service weren't good either. Mayur used to be good, but the service seems to get worse day by day instead of better. They should improve service before expanding the property.

The food quality was poor. I ordered Rajmah Masala, Manchurian, and 12 Tandoori rotis from Mayur Hotel today. The rotis were raw and only partly cooked, which was shocking, especially at Rs 25/- each for a plain tandoori roti.
