Hotel Center Point was a great choice for our Solapur stay and, for the price and quality, excellent value. It’s the city’s top-rated budget hotel. Our deluxe room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms are small, but work well for couples or short stays. They have air conditioning, an LCD/LED TV with cable, free Wi-Fi, a writing desk and sofa, hot and cold bathroom water, and daily housekeeping. The staff were friendly, polite, supportive, flexible, punctual, and helpful. The supervisor handling housekeeping provided excellent service and was very nice. With a 24-hour front desk and security, we felt safe. The in-house restaurant "Palkhi" serves delicious meals. Breakfast was good, with several buffet options, and more than 100 travelers rated it positively. Room service was prompt and efficient. There’s free parking, free WiFi in all rooms, 24-hour power backup, a doctor on call for emergencies, laundry service, a travel desk for ticket and tour assistance, luggage storage, CCTV, and fire extinguishers. The location is central, just opposite Big Bazaar and Govt. Rest House, very near the station at 1.5 km and almost in the city center. Easy access to:

There’s good car parking, and being in the city center makes it easy to reach tea shops, restaurants like Suda Idli, medical shops, and more. But the rooms didn’t meet our expectations, with cockroaches there to greet us and uncomfortable beds. There was also a lot of noise from the surrounding building, possibly another hotel. We were disappointed with our stay.

For a trip to Solapur, this is a comfortable option. It’s conveniently located, the rooms are clean and neat, and the surroundings feel safe and family friendly. Staff are good and the breakfast spread is tasty. It also feels safe and comfortable for a group of ladies.

I asked to cancel because of a family emergency and contacted the property, but they didn’t respond. I ended up paying for two rooms for two nights without using them. Extremely unprofessional. The management and staff lacked empathy, professionalism, and basic courtesy, the qualities that make or break hospitality. Next time you’re in Solapur, Hotel Center Point is the one to avoid.
