The room I was given was basic and non-AC, even though I had booked an executive AC room online. The staff argued that the AC room wasn’t available and said the AC in the room I received didn’t work, although I could see an AC there. It felt like a scam targeting people who book online. Staff weren’t helpful and took a long time to respond. The service didn’t live up to what was promised, and the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the price. I hope the hotel looks into this so other guests don’t go through the same thing and improves its service.

The food quality wasn’t satisfactory, and the staff were unhelpful and slow to respond. Service didn’t match what was promised, so the stay felt uncomfortable and not worth the price. I hope the hotel looks into it and improves things so other guests don’t have the same experience.

Power cuts were the only problem. The staff were helpful, and it was decent otherwise. There’s a petrol pump nearby, plus a few roadside places to get food.

They cancelled my room at the last minute. A dangerous hotel, please don’t trust them. Your booking could get cancelled too. Worst experience.

The location is the only good thing. I’d stay somewhere else in the same area. There were bedbugs in the room, and when we told the manager, he didn’t seem surprised, as if he already knew. The person at reception also demanded advance payment.
