OYO 45014 Hotel Samarth Lodge

We spent three days here, and the toilet in my room was bad. There were lots of inconveniences, including a clothes bar placed right in front of the washbasin mirror. The rooms are quite small, and room service is terrible. When I ordered tea, I was told there was no milk and someone had to go get some. Only one waiter was running around serving all the rooms.

We paid 3000 for two rooms, which wasn’t worth it. When we asked for a refund, they refused. We had booked after being told hot water was available all day, but after paying and getting to the rooms we were told it would only be provided from 6 am. There was still none by 7. They gave us one heater coil for four people, and the poor service wasted precious time and completely disrupted our day plans. The rooms were dirty, with cobwebs and fungus on the walls and ceiling. Blankets were used, the toilet wasn’t clean, and there was no hot water. The intercom and TV didn’t work either. This was worse than the worst experience. Never book this OYO hotel.

The rooms were dirty, the toilet was awful, and the AC didn’t work properly. Service was bad too. Worst OYO hotel I’ve ever seen, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

There was no cleaning, it was unhygienic, and no hot water was provided. I wouldn’t stay here, especially with family. I’m also concerned by reports of rooms being given to unmarried couples and people having extramarital affairs without checking IDs. Mr Ritesh Agrawal, please be careful about the hotels you include with Oyo. If this continues, it could bring the company down.
