Wi-Fi didn’t work for the two days I stayed, even after repeated follow-ups. They said management wasn’t taking action and wouldn’t provide an extra router. Room service was inadequate too. Basic items weren’t kept in the room, and I had to follow up several times before getting them. Food service was extremely slow. The first dish took about 50 minutes, and it was undercooked. Staff were slow to respond, didn’t understand what we asked, and said irrelevant things. I had a very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

My guests had a really good stay. The rooms were clean, the food tasted great, and the staff behaved well. Good hotel at a good price. Would come again.

Breakfast wasn’t ready at 07:30 am as promised. They made us wait until 8:00 am for the full menu, which disrupted plans to head out later. The executive room didn’t even have one chair. These areas need a lot of improvement, and I’ll consider another hotel next time.

I’ve booked here several times and am a repeat customer. I’d paid in advance for a weekend stay, but urgent last-minute circumstances meant I had to postpone. I asked them to keep the advance and move my booking to a later date. They refused to do that and weren’t willing to refund the payment either. Even with a genuine reason and my history as a returning guest, they have no policy for this.

The restaurant is good, and guests get complimentary breakfast. They’ve also tried to reduce plastic bottle use in the rooms by providing reusable glass bottles filled with RO water, which I liked. The lobby entrance catches your eye with its beautiful white marble sculptures. Rooms are medium-sized but well maintained, with clean beds and linens. Basement parking is available, though limited.
