We were there for two nights, and it was a really frustrating experience. The place is expensive for the service. We had to keep asking for basics like towels, soap, bottled water, and the TV and AC remotes, even though we’d already paid. The owner also kept turning off the AC at the main switch.

The hall rental was already quite high for its size, and then we were charged extra in ways that didn’t seem fair. We were billed Rs300 for one table, Rs2500 for electricity for three hours even though we booked only one AC hall, and charges for LED lights we hadn’t asked for, a generator we didn’t use, and water even though all the food was prepared elsewhere and brought in ready to serve. The hall hadn’t even been cleaned before it was handed over. The owner and staff treated us very badly and seemed to be looking for different ways to collect money. I wouldn’t recommend this place for any function. I’d give it minus points if I could.

There’s plenty of space in the bright, air-conditioned halls, and both a lift and stairs are available. The rooms and toilets were very clean too. The arrangements matched what we needed, and the staff and management were friendly. The banquet hall was neat and clean.
