Such a bad experience. The toilet seat and washbasin were broken, and the place smelled bad. I booked and paid in advance through agoda, but was treated very rudely. Better to stay at somnath trust's guest House. Don't go to banshidhar hotel.

The room was unclean and below average, yet they charged over ₹2,000. The temple is 2 km away, so transport costs around ₹100 each trip and came to nearly ₹800 extra for us. It's the worst hotel stay I've ever had, and it deserves only one star. Most of the good reviews seem fake. Don't fall for it.

Check the hotel owner's name before you go and when you make payment. They charged extra for early check-in, then gave us a pathetic room with a smelly bed, dirty pillows, blanket and comforter, and an unhygienic bathroom without even handwash. I asked for everything to be changed. The attendant/owner, AshfaQ, tried three times, but each time brought torn, stained, dirty sheets. The toilet seat flap was broken and the flush leaked. The bucket and mug were so bad they'd make you puke. Even after I asked for everything to be changed immediately, it was still the same. Terrible service, don't stay here.

We booked an AC room, but the AC didn't work. We asked several times and nobody came to check it. There was no geyser or hot water, and there was no room service to speak of. This felt more like a dharmshala than a hotel, maybe a one-star property. Very bad experience. I would never recommend it, especially to anyone travelling with family.

The lift wasn't working, which made things very inconvenient, and staff were rude and unhelpful. Our room and bathroom were unhygienic, and there was no hot water despite several complaints. I asked for a refund because of these problems, but they refused. A very bad stay, definitely not for anyone wanting a clean, comfortable room.
