Ramya and her team managed everything smoothly, and their warm, helpful hospitality made the stay pleasant. La Sara Comforts, Marathahalli is conveniently located for offices and restaurants, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I had a very comfortable stay.

I’ve been staying here every week for the last couple of months. Cleanliness, hygiene, hospitality, and location are why I keep choosing it. The rooms are clean and cozy, with all the comfort you’d want. If you want a budget property with a clean, hygienic environment, I recommend staying here. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

The parking situation caused a lot of trouble. They offer valet parking, but staff wouldn’t park the car and instead directed us to a spot. We parked exactly where they said, went out, then got repeated calls telling us to return and move it because it shouldn’t have been left there. We lost time and had to cancel our plans, and staff brushed it off as “not a big issue.” Their response was poor, with no courtesy or empathy, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. The room fan and AC also weren’t working properly, and repeated reports to staff didn’t lead to a proper fix, making the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, the staff were unresponsive and the experience was frustrating. I’d give zero stars if I could.
