The staff made us feel welcome and looked after from start to finish, and the hotel itself was such a peaceful escape. Our room was spotless, nicely designed, and had stunning views that made mornings feel special. Meals were fresh and flavorful, with plenty of choices for different tastes. With snow-capped mountains all around, Radisson Hotel Sonamarg combines comfort, luxury, and natural beauty. Everything from the location and service to the room comfort exceeded what we expected. We can’t wait to return, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable mountain getaway.

The front office team was very cooperative, and the hotel upgraded my room to a Junior suite, which was very nice. I had a great stay. Breakfast could be better, though. There weren't many options, and a few things weren't prepared well.

Javid from the F&B team deserves a special thanks for the warm, friendly service and attention to detail. The food was well prepared, and the staff were attentive and professional throughout. The atmosphere made for a relaxing, enjoyable meal. A wonderful place to visit, highly recommended.

This was the worst experience of our whole trip to Kashmir. There was no welcome drink or warm greeting, and when we wanted to discuss our room, the staff were busy playing pool. The room was under maintenance, the TV and heater didn't work properly, and they weren't even willing to provide baby food.

We had a very comfortable stay on our short trip, with outstanding service and staff who behaved decently. The hospitality was excellent. I'd like to come back and stay at Radson Hotel in Sonamarg. God bless!
