The bedsheets had stains, the washroom didn’t work, and the TV was just a wall piece. They also didn’t refund my money after I cancelled. Don’t book this through OYO. I’d sleep on the street before staying here.

A very bad hotel experience. They didn’t provide drinks or food, and the TV wasn’t working.

The location is nice and the rooms are good, but staff grooming and hygiene need work. If TV is listed as an amenity, it should work, and the room should be reset before a guest checks in. The receptionist also needs better people skills. The way a receptionist speaks can affect guests’ mood, so he should be polite and well mannered. Thanks!

We booked through the OYO app, but when we went to check in they refused, saying the minimum amount was Rs. 1200 and that we had to pay another Rs 300 to get the room. The hotel staff were pathetic and didn’t help resolve our question at all. They were completely irresponsible. We book stays for a hassle-free experience, but they made it a hassle. I discourage staying here; their approach to guests may leave you stunned, and you’ll suffer.

This guesthouse is low quality, untidy, and unprofessional. The rates are too high for the quality and service. It’s available to unmarried couples, so I wouldn’t stay with my family or I’d feel like I was in a brothel. I’d rather add 700 and book a nearby 3-star hotel.
