The rooms are spacious and good, but the place is remote and there's no food available nearby. The staff weren't very cooperative, barely responded, and didn't come to clean during our two-day stay. Check-in and check-out times aren't flexible. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you don't have a vehicle. Better to avoid it.

A helpful woman there would take care of requests, and the place was decent overall. The location is just off the main street, so it stays away from traffic and noise while still being well connected. Be aware that some amenities you might expect to be included cost extra. The fees aren't large, but they matter if you're planning a budget stay. My main concerns were cleanliness and ventilation, even though the room itself was spacious. There were many mosquitoes around the property, more than at the other places I stayed during the monsoon. I think they had plenty of places to breed. Empty containers near the entrance looked untidy and could collect mosquitoes. Since the rooms had no mosquito nets or window mesh, we kept the windows shut almost all the time. There are plenty of windows, but they're not much use if you have to keep them closed to avoid mosquitoes or other critters getting inside. A general scrub-down wouldn't hurt either. I think both issues can be fixed, and the place has real potential.

One of my worst hotel experiences. The staff were extremely rude and ignored us when we tried to get help. The location was very remote, and our room was in poor condition with no hot water. Our checkout was set for 11 am, but they insisted we leave by 9 am because other guests were arriving. They'd quoted a lower price over the phone, then demanded more money when we got there.

Getting drinking water from the owner was difficult, and they provide it only for a 22 hr duration period. The room was a good size but expensive. The place is remote, and there's a long walk to catch a bus for colva beach. For a bit more money, I'd choose another hotel much nearer the beach.
