Breakfast was reasonable, and so was the staff. The room was only semi clean, though it had the necessary amenities, and the bathroom was clean. Comfort was manageable, not great. It's a basic place tucked behind an alley, useful if you need to stay near Madagon, though I'm not sure why a tourist would. Keep expectations low.

The staff were really good and cooperative, and I was satisfied with what I got for the price in mid October. One thing, Google Maps doesn't pin the place exactly. It's a little off the main road, so call the hotel and they'll guide you. A good experience overall.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and there's free Wi-Fi as well as hot water around the clock. Rooms are spacious and kept neat and clean. A nice place to stay in Madgaon city, right opposite the Madgaon Municipal Council.

We were 22 gymnasts under 17 and four coaches, staying for two days at Collection @Om Shivam. There was no water for much of the time, and the lift wasn't working. Our rooms were on the 6th floor. It was a very bad stay.

Getting around by bus takes patience, but it saves a lot of money and avoids route confusion since the drivers know how to get you to your destination. You can walk a little to the bus stand, or rent a bike nearby. Taxi fares are very high. This is a good base for reaching North Goa and beaches like Varca and Colva.
