There were basic amenities missing or not working, and repeated complaints got nowhere. No one took responsibility, apologized, or tried to fix anything. The staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping. Even requests for basic service were treated like we were bothering them. The room smelled bad and was filthy when we walked in, with dirty linens and no sign of proper cleaning. It felt untouched after the previous guests. This was a waste of money and time. If cleanliness, comfort, or basic human decency matter to you, avoid this place at all costs. There are much better options, and this one isn’t worth the headache.

Reception tried to charge more than the agreed room price. Half the property was under construction, and the rooms vibrated. The location wasn’t great for the price and was away from the beach. The staff were disrespectful and ignored basic requests for things like towels or water. Rooms were filthy and smelly, and gaps between the wooden wall planks could let insects in. Horrible experience. Don’t book, even if the low price seems tempting.

I wouldn’t give this hotel even half a star. Stay away if you want to enjoy your Goa trip. We booked two months ahead for 9-10 boys and paid an advance. When we arrived, they argued with us and refused to give us rooms, saying they don’t accept groups of only boys. Why didn’t they say that before taking our advance? The staff were useless, good only at arguing and threatening to call the police. They’re scammers, please stay away.
