The family who run John's Highland comfort guest house are lovely and kind, and I felt at home there. The place is clean, well maintained, and they respond well to service requests. There’s an independent kitchen and laundry facilities you can use yourself. I spent three days there and really enjoyed the peaceful, positive feeling of the place. I’ll certainly keep coming back when I’m in South Goa. It was a pleasure to stay here. I love this place.

Judy is the heart of Johns Highland Guest. She’s humble, hardworking, and personally makes sure the guest house runs smoothly and visitors feel welcome. Her care shows throughout the property, and dealing with her was a pleasure. She’s a gem and a big part of what makes this place special. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. Common areas and private spaces alike were impeccably clean and well kept, and the quality felt like great value. The location made trips to some of the area’s most attractive and popular beaches easy. We could enjoy a quiet walk by the sea or watch the sunset, with local attractions close at hand. It’s a peaceful base with easy access to things nearby. We had an exceptional stay and highly recommend Johns Highland Guest for exploring the beaches, staying in a well maintained property, and experiencing genuine hospitality. The room was very comfortable and spotless, with cleaning done daily and great attention to hygiene. Our host was warm and attentive, making sure everything was right throughout our stay. A peaceful, pleasant homestay, highly recommended.

I stayed for 25 days and felt safe and at home the whole time. Everything was perfect, and the room service was so good. The shared kitchen was a great bonus, and having a washing machine in the laundry was useful every day. I’d love to come back.
