ITC Grand Goa Resort and Spa (x Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa)

Room service was a little slow, probably because the property is so large, and I'd suggest reducing the wait for some services. That aside, we had a great stay for our daughter's birthday. The resort is beautiful, with lovely grounds and a beach that feels untouched and is accessible 24*7. The pool and beach access were highlights. Breakfast was great, though a bit more variety would be welcome, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very warm and helpful, and the Holi party was excellent.

The meal at the Pavilion all-day restaurant was awesome, and the service was great. Mr Tresden served us with a smile and made us feel like part of the ITC family. The resort's lovely beachfront landscape and extremely courteous, helpful staff made for a very nice stay. Thanks to everyone at ITC Grand. I'd gladly visit again if I get the chance. The breakfast was especially impressive, and there was plenty of choice across the restaurants. Special mentions to fayuna muriel. The staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help, making the hospitality stand out. I had an amazing stay at ITC Grand Goa. The property is beautiful, with lush greenery and direct access to serene Arossim Beach. My room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and had great views and premium amenities.

The spa at Kaya Kalp was the one weak spot. Its wooden or cane beds weren't very comfortable, and the staff didn't seem especially well trained. The rest of the team were attentive and helpful, though, and breakfast had a generous range of options. We stayed just one night and had a very pleasant time. Our spacious room had a large private balcony, rich finishes, a coffee maker, and a bathroom with a sunken tub and outdoor shower. The water pressure was excellent, making a warm shower especially enjoyable. The courteous reception staff personally walked us to the room and explained its features and amenities. The Portuguese-inspired architecture, with its piazzas and charming bridges, gives the property character. We enjoyed the peaceful, pristine Arrosim Beach at sunset, with direct access from the hotel. We also had a buffet dinner at the beachside Royal Afghan restaurant. The food and flavours were excellent, from the starters and mains to dessert. Special mention for the tasty pav bhaji and bajara phirni. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the property.
