We arrived at Hotel Gravity Inn, Baner (Pune) around 1:00 a.m. and only later found out it’s run by OYO. The room photos give a completely different impression from the reality. This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. We looked through at least five rooms, hoping one would be better, but they all had the same problems. The rooms were filthy and poorly maintained, with hair on the beds and floors, stained walls, and dirty, smelly rooms full of mosquitoes. It looked like bedcovers were reused from previous guests. One drawer had a visible condom stain inside. We’re sharing photos as proof. The bathrooms were worse. They smelled strongly of urine, had no proper water supply, and most taps didn’t work. The flush was completely out of order, so we had to fill a bucket to flush the toilet. The basin tap was dead, leaving us to use the shower even to brush our teeth. There were no towels, soap, or drinking water. We paid ₹4500 for two rooms, which is unacceptable. It’s listed as a 3-star hotel, but calling it 3-star is a joke. It doesn’t deserve even one star. This place is a complete scam and a serious health hazard. Don’t book it, even by mistake. We seriously question how it got the necessary approvals from the Pune Municipal Corporation and the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation. It needs an immediate inspection, and in its current state should be shut down.
