Surbee Resorts by OYO

I checked in on April 12, 2025, and every room had a strong, unpleasant smell. I paid Rs 4,000 for a room I feel was barely worth Rs 500. The intercom didn't work, and the housekeeping staff were rude. I strongly advise against visiting. The place felt more like a Dharamshala than a resort.

We had kids with us, and the staff took care of each of us and brought whatever we asked for. The food was delicious, especially the Rajma. Everything felt perfect, and we really enjoyed our time there. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

The view from the room was breathtaking, and there was plenty of space for my friends and me. Our rooms were spacious, the balconies were bigger than expected, and the attached bathrooms were clean, roomy, and well provided. The owner was very helpful. We had lots of room for a bonfire and snacks, and the hall was spacious too. The food was good and delicious. I had an amazing visit.

The staff made our stay feel special, from a smooth check-in to a warm send-off. They were incredibly courteous and did more than expected to keep us comfortable. Surbee Resort Mussoorie sits in the mountains, away from the noise of the city, with lovely mountain views. We enjoyed the spacious room, the places to sit and relax, and the delicious food. We’d happily come back, ideally for a week.
