The buffet was delicious, and we appreciated being able to request baby food and milk. The staff helped us before and throughout our visit, made check-in smooth, and took care of the details. The resort kept the whole family busy with a well-maintained play area and planned activities, and the pool was spotless. A special thanks to the restaurant team and Ryne, who went out of her way to support our elderly parents during meals. We highly recommend the resort.

The food is quite expensive, and it was disappointing that many amenities cost extra. Still, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The resort was clean, peaceful, and well maintained, with a calm, relaxing ambience. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful. Thanks to the lady at reception and the front-desk team for being patient and supportive and making check-in smooth. A decent experience with good service, though a few things could be more guest friendly.

We stayed as a couple at Club Mahindra Emerald Palms, Goa from 19-21 December. The resort felt calm, safe, and very family-oriented, especially suited to parents and children. It’s magnificently built, with a distinctive vintage look, and we were in Room 217. We got a tour when we arrived, which helped us understand the scale and planning of the property. There were plenty of activities, including cycling, paintball, and a well-designed kids’ play hub, plus live music around dinner. The breakfast buffet had a generous selection, with lots of vegetarian options. The idly and tomato chutney were especially good. Staff were attentive and courteous, and proactively asked for feedback. We spent much of our time outside exploring, but found a few small operational gaps in the room. The telephone didn’t work at first, and dental kits and sandals weren’t there at check-in. These were fixed once we informed staff, though it would have been smoother to have them ready from the start. Later at night, the AC circulation seemed limited. Since it was quite late, we managed by leaving the doors open. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and the warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Club Mahindra members will find good value in the included activities and experiences, since accommodation is covered by the membership.

The property is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with an old architectural style that gives it a vintage feel. We stayed from 28th November to 30th November, got a welcome drink on arrival, and found the food good in both quality and taste. The staff were courteous. A few things could be better. The hot water was only warm, not hot enough for a proper bath in the cold weather. We reported it and were told the central heating system was the reason. Poolside seating for BBQ needs to be booked in advance, otherwise it isn’t available. Buffet diners are seated in one restaurant while à la carte guests have to sit separately, which felt restrictive. The food was good but comparatively costly. The stay was comfortable overall, and more reliable hot water and flexible dining seating would improve it.
