Colmar Beach Resort is close to Colva Beach, and beach shacks and restaurants are an easy walk away. It’s a peaceful, budget-friendly spot, and the clean, spacious rooms get good daily housekeeping. The pool is well maintained and works for couples as well as families. Staff are polite, helpful, and cooperative, so the stay feels smooth and comfortable. Good value for money, and a nice pick for a relaxing beach holiday.

The private path straight to a beautiful, quiet beach was a great feature, and the resort’s location worked perfectly for us. Our room was modern and clean, with a stunning ocean view from the balcony. We had a fantastic stay, helped along by the very friendly staff. The receptionists were especially helpful and gave us great recommendations. 💯

I’m writing this while sitting in the room, and we’re having a terrible experience. There’s seepage in the rooms, the bathrooms are poor, the water supply is a problem, and there are power outages. I could keep listing issues. We’re just wasting our time here. Please don’t book this place.

The rooms looked nothing like the online photos. They were so bad that hospital rooms are better. I wasted my money booking here, and got no refund after cancelling. Avoid this place.

The building is very old, the rooms are in poor shape, and water leaks everywhere. Even the beds were damp and smelled bad. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Very disappointing, and I strongly recommend avoiding it so you don’t waste your money.
