Parking on the property is ample, the rooms are clean, and the location is good for the beach. The support staff responded quickly. But the room itself is very basic, as is the bathroom. There's no exhaust fan, and sometimes the water pressure is poor. The bathmats and door mats were dirty and seemed to be washed rarely. The tea cups and other items in the room were old, the closets smelled bad, and the corridors looked dingy. For the price, it wasn't worth it. Check all your options before booking. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

The team is so welcoming and friendly, and they go out of their way to help with whatever you need. Eve Resort is spotlessly clean and peaceful, with everything in Patnem close by. I don't usually write reviews, but I'll absolutely be back and can't recommend it enough. Thank you Eve Resort :)

After traveling around India for some weeks, it was a pleasure to find this hotel. The family who own it have put a lot of love into the place. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are attentive and kind. Mr. Clive and family were always happy to share histories about the space, Patnem, and life. I totally recommend it.

The resort is near everything Patnem has to offer, and the owners and staff were always ready to help. Our deluxe room was spacious and nicely presented. Breakfast came with our deal, with plenty to choose from and excellent food. I’ll definitely book here again.

Clive and his family made us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable, with clean attached bathrooms and balconies. There are also interconnected rooms, which worked well for families. We’re already hoping to come back for more memorable holidays. It’s a safe, comfortable place for a family break.
