I spent over two hours trying to reach reception to confirm my booking, and there was no contact information beyond the FabHotels hotline, which is useless 99.9% of the time. I booked through agoda.com, and they asked me for a partial advance to confirm the reservation. The payment link didn't work, so I had to confirm the booking another way. Customers shouldn't have to spend hours confirming a hotel after booking with one click.

I've stayed at this property since it was built, but the two evening-duty receptionists seemed not to care about guests. When I arrived, they ignored me and left me standing while they chatted on their phones. Hire better staff and provide good service.

The food was tasteless and expensive. One of the worst meals I've had. Don't go with family or friends, it was a terrible experience.
