I was there from the first to second week of Feb. The back of the room opened onto a peaceful green space, and there were lots of crows around the property. Staff were friendly and the place was quiet. The parking out front was decent, and I thought it was worth the money.

No warm water was the only issue. Otherwise, it was a calm, peaceful stay, with spacious rooms, good in-room facilities, and kind, polite, helpful staff. It’s about 20 minutes from Madgao Bus stand and very close to Benalium Beach.

A relaxing place with good rooms and nicely maintained grounds, very close to the beach. Took off one star because there’s no restaurant.

The payment email said, “We have solar heaters for heating water for bathing purposes.” Once we got to the resort, the staff said, “but never said its working”.
