The Wi-Fi and TV weren't working. Breakfast was okay, but not good, and I had to keep asking for things I needed. Some staff responded well, others didn't. Nearby, there are plenty of vegetarian hotels, but no non-veg ones. This is a very old, budget-friendly two-star hotel, so it's not the place if you're after something high-end.

The food was horrific, with uncooked rice and most dishes having no taste. The kitchen and washrooms both looked and smelled filthy, and there weren't even decent washrooms. The entrance to the hall was pathetic too. I recently attended a function at the world trade center by minino, and found the whole venue awful. It wasn't worth it, and I don't recommend hiring the place or eating at their hotel. Please don't hold your parties here.

I found bedbugs and cockroaches in the room, and the washroom was dirty and unhygienic. The room clearly wasn't properly maintained, and the cleanliness and upkeep were far below an acceptable standard. I'm very disappointed with this stay and hope management fixes these conditions right away. I wouldn't even give it one star.

I've never dealt with worse staff. We ordered food or breakfast, then followed up an hour later, and they asked who had taken our order. They didn't seem to know how to take orders or speak with customers. It was completely disgusting.

I had dinner there and ordered paneer Tika with chapati. It was okay, but not as good as traditional Punjabi food.
