FabHotel The Avenue

I only ate at the restaurant, I didn’t stay at the hotel. It felt luxurious and spotless, yet the prices were reasonable. There was a lot of delicious variety on the menu that’s hard to find elsewhere, and the service was good too. I’d forgotten my purse, and they hurried over to bring it to me while I was in the parking area.

We’d travelled 15 hours by road with our family of 6 kids and 10 adults, only to have our rooms cancelled at the last minute despite booking almost a week before arrival. We were left with nowhere to stay. The manager even told my mother, “it’s not his problem.” That’s completely unacceptable. Please take this into consideration before booking a flat here. I’ve never had to deal with anything like this.

We had young children with us and were left stranded in the evening after driving 14 hours straight. When we arrived, the hotel told us they’d given our reserved rooms to someone else and said, “go figure it out”. Extremely unprofessional.

The location worked perfectly, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I recently stayed here and really enjoyed it.
