This is a nature-filled place with a range of room types and facilities. It's an excellent accommodation option in South Goa, run by goa tourism development corporation, and located 1.6km from IIT Goa.

For a short, budget stay, Faramagudi Residency is a peaceful choice if you're not looking for luxury service. It's run by the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (Govt. of Goa) and sits on a spacious, lush green property with a calm atmosphere. The rooms are decent, with both AC and non-AC options. Maintenance could be better. There's also no restaurant or even a small counter for water or snacks, so nothing is available on campus.

The property looked very good, but I couldn't stay because pets aren't allowed. They said it's government property, which still leaves me wondering why well-trained pets are banned. Many pet parents care for their animals like their children, and I don't think the government should discriminate this way.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and peaceful. Since it's centrally located in Goa, it's easy to visit both the North and South. A great place to go with family or friends.

The night view was lovely. I was there for a wedding reception.
