Friendly staff and affordable rooms. Food was decent in both quality and taste, though the meal available at 150 ₹ could be improved. Bogmalo beach and coast Guard headquarters are within walking distance. I had a good experience overall, and would recommend it for an interview visit or a one-day stay. Best of luck.

The place is quiet and has a swimming pool, and we came away with a positive impression overall. The hosts were welcoming, and even though we arrived late in the evening, they fed us well for a reasonable price. Our room was spacious, but there were small cockroaches in the bathroom. The bedding was dirty, and in the morning we found red dye from the sheets had stained the white T-shirts we slept in. There was one clean towel, but it had old stains.

We only planned to stay a day, but ended up spending our whole vacation here. The manager was probably the friendliest person I met in Goa, incredibly sweet and helpful. The welcome was lovely, especially after another hotel, OYO HOME 24498 ELEGANT, had refused to check us in at 2 am. Great place, service, and vibes. We had a great experience and will stay here whenever we’re in Goa.

Priti, the manager, was very hospitable and cooperative. She suggested food options and helped us deal with localities. Richard, the owner, was down to earth and easy to approach. Sameer, Raj, and Shiva were also cordial, receptive, and humble. Thanks to them for the warm service. The rooms were very clean, and the interiors matched the online photos. It felt safe for families. The pool is small but well maintained, and fine for spending some time. Breakfast, meals, and dinner, vegetarian or non-vegetarian, were tasty and edible. Raj’s ginger tea was superb. Every room has a balcony, and we loved sitting there in the early morning and evening. Bogmolo beach is an easy walk away, and I recommend going after 10 am. One tip: GPS puts the property 1.3 km before its actual location. Keep driving along the same road toward bogmolo beach. At the end there are two turns, left goes toward Tanisha and right leads to the beach. At first, the place made us wonder if it was the same one we’d seen online, but as time went on its lovely sides became clear. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return.
