The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff were courteous and ready to help. We had a pleasant stay overall, and the singing show on the night of 31st December was nicely arranged and added a festive feel. Breakfast was disappointing. The buffet service was slow, dishes ran out and took a long time to be refilled. The food tasted average, there wasn't much variety, and the menu was almost the same for two consecutive days. Our room also didn't have a hairdryer. When we asked, we were told they were short on them, which was disappointing for a 4-star beach property. The spa therapist gave a good massage, but the setup was just a basic room without proper spa ambience. The steam room wasn't well maintained, and at around ₹3,500, the experience felt overpriced. Good rooms and staff, but the breakfast service and spa facilities need improvement.

We spent four days here as a couple. It's a reasonably priced stay with the amenities you need, and the rooms are very well maintained. There's a good pool and the beach is close by. Food is costly, though some dishes and bites were tasty. Reception staff were polite, cooperative and good throughout. Mr Nair, the GM, seemed like a good professional. A good 4-star resort for its amenities.

The service was quick, the food quality was excellent, and the hotel had a very pleasant ambience. Staff hospitality was outstanding from check-in through check-out. Our room was spacious, hygienic and comfortable. Amazing experience and truly good value for money. We'd love to return.

It's a calm, peaceful place with a spacious room and a big pool, about 900 meters from the beach. The room could have been cleaned a bit better, and there was no lift in the wing where we stayed. Still, it was a good experience.

Prem Pandey, the manager, deserves special thanks. Their professionalism, attentiveness and friendly manner made a noticeable difference, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. That leadership shows in the hotel's service. From arrival, everyone was warm and welcoming, and my room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay and look forward to coming back.
