We needed somewhere close to my event so my family could stay nearby, and I was amazed by how well maintained the hotel was. The staff were hospitable, the rooms tidy, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms clean. Our balcony had a beautiful view. We had a pleasant stay, and I'll come back if I have future events in the area.
The hotel's food was so delicious, and over the four days the staff were helpful, friendly, and supportive in every way. I felt very welcome. It was an excellent experience and one of the best hotels I've been to. I'd recommend it for a South Goa trip.
The location is wonderful and the rooms are good. We were here for a family wedding and initially booked five rooms, but only three of us ended up staying here because we hadn't realized the elevators weren't working. Our senior citizens couldn't manage the stairs. Even so, we had a good stay overall. Archana from the management was very helpful and the staff did their best to make things happy and hassle free. It's a very good hotel if you're young and don't mind climbing stairs.
The reception experience was awful. I wouldn’t recommend choosing this hotel. One of my worst stays 😔
The staff were helpful and cooperative, and the rooms were very clean, luxurious, and excellent. I stayed here recently with my family, and would suggest it to others visiting with family or friends.
