The place felt neglected and rundown, more like a lodge that hadn't been cared for in years than a holiday property. The rooms smelled awful and were filthy, with poor cleaning, questionable bedsheets, dirty bathrooms and hygiene standards that seemed completely ignored. The property felt cheap, outdated and borderline unsafe. A lot of the facilities barely worked. Plumbing was terrible, power issues happened often, Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the furniture looked worn out and broken. It all pointed to poor management and no accountability. Staff were careless, unhelpful and unprofessional, with no interest in fixing problems. It felt like tourists were being drawn in by fake photos and misleading promises. Goan Imperial Holidays wasn't worth even a fraction of the price. Staying there was a mistake, and I regret booking it. If you value your money, comfort and peace of mind, don't stay here, ever.

The property is beautiful, and the people are so helpful. The Ma'am was welcoming and cool, and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The staff were the best I've ever encountered. I locked myself out with the key still inside my room, and they went above and beyond to help me get back in quickly and without hassle. Absolutely fantastic experience, best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Highly recommend staying here!
Getting around Goa felt easy with Goan Imperial Holidays. They arranged pickup times, sightseeing, comfortable transport, and helpful guides smoothly, and the staff were polite, clear, and willing to adjust small plans. Their tours include well-known beaches, churches, spice plantations, and less-visited spots. A reliable way to enjoy a safe, memorable holiday without last-minute hassles.
We had a very stressful stay because the hotel changed the rooms and price arrangements at the last minute, even though everything had been agreed in advance. Service was poor throughout, with no proper support from staff and no water at the tap. The management felt very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place.
We spent 20 days here and had a nice experience. The owner was kind and helpful, and the place in Verca has a large compound with a swimming pool. It seems well suited to a longer stay.
