Heritage Village Resort & Spa Goa

We brought our pet and found the resort genuinely pet-friendly. The staff and other guests adored him, and he could move around freely apart from the pool and restaurant, which seemed reasonable. Of course, keeping the place clean also depends on pet owners picking up after their pets. Our room was clean and cosy, and the food at all three restaurants was amazing. The hospitality and service were lovely. The only issue for us was the strays that ran after people and vehicles, even though the beach was just a 300-metre walk away.

There are thoughtful touches that made the stay easier: glass bottles in the room, water dispensers around the resort, and large beach umbrellas, mats, and towels. Arossim beach is splendid, and the walk there is short and pretty. If you don’t feel like walking, an electric buggy or tuk tuk arrives within minutes. The pool and rooms were neat, and the daily live music was soothing. The children’s playroom had loads of games to keep toddlers busy, and Joanna was so friendly. Across hospitality, food, and entertainment, this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

We had a cozy stay at Heritage Village Goa, though the rooms were a bit smaller than I expected. The grounds, pool, bar, cleanliness, service, and staff were all great, and it made for a lovely, relaxing Goa visit. Housekeeping could improve its floor cleaning and dusting. Aside from that, it was a 10/10 experience and a must-visit if you’re after a beautiful, relaxing stay.

The service was what made this hotel for us. My mum was ill for the whole trip, and the staff were patient and accommodating, even finding medicine at the last minute and preparing meals for her. The hotel is very nice, with a beautiful beach nearby and lovely staff. I recommend staying here.
