The first booking was paid for, then cancelled by the property. That caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience, but I gave them another chance and made a second booking. I didn't pay for that one because I was waiting for proper confirmation and clarity from them, which never came. Even after I tried several times, they didn't confirm the rebooking or respond properly. It shows a lack of professionalism, communication and basic responsibility to guests. Once something goes wrong, it seems customer concerns are simply ignored. A hotel needs accountability, transparency and care, not just bookings and money. Cancelling a paid reservation and then going quiet made their service standards look very poor. As a guest, I was left stressed and confused, and I lost trust. Travel plans depend on reliable, clear communication, and this experience failed on every front. I won't visit or recommend the property again. There was no working AC, the bed was crawling with bed bugs, and there were brown ants too. In the early morning there was no water in the washroom. The bites kept us from sleeping, and insects had bitten us all over. I wouldn't let an animal sleep on that bed. I don't understand why people run hotels if they don't intend to offer hospitality. Check the photos and videos I'm attaching before booking this place.

They cancelled our paid room on the day we were due to check in, spoke rudely, and didn't help find an alternative even when we asked.

We booked two rooms, but they felt overpriced. The hotel didn't provide blankets, floor mats or towels, and there was no hot water for bathing. They will provide a water heater if you ask.
