Being able to walk straight out to the beach was the best part of my stay. The setting in agonda, South Goa is peaceful and clean, just right for a proper rest. The food was fresh, tasty, and carefully prepared, and every meal was satisfying. People there were welcoming too. I had a comfortable, memorable visit.

The owner was warm and welcoming, and the food was quite good. The room had a nice feel, and being able to step right onto the beach from the room was easily the highlight. The basic amenities need some work. Even with the AC set to its lowest temperature, the room stayed hot. The washroom water was a little salty and made brushing uncomfortable, as well as affecting my hair and skin. A great location and hospitable stay, but improvements to those things would make it much better.

For the prices around here, this place is very affordable. We had a mid-tier room, and I saw 3 room types. The rooms were decent, though I hope they work on keeping them clean and cooler, since ours warmed up even in winter. The restaurant has a small bar, decent food (4/5), and excellent service (5/5). There’s parking in front for 2 4wheelers, a bus, and a few bikes. You can eat in the road-facing restaurant, on your room balcony, or at tables on the beach sand. It was a great experience overall, and I’d return.

We got there at 7am even though check-in was at 11am, and they happily welcomed us and gave us our room. It was spacious with a sea view, and the staff were really friendly. The service was awesome, and the food was really, really good and reasonably priced. I’d recommend this place in South Goa for couples or families. It’s worth it.
