The main drawback was the wait for food. With kitchen gas shortages, preparation and service sometimes took 30 minutes to an hour, especially when it was busy. The food itself was decent and had a good range of choices. Kings Villa Resort has a peaceful feel, lots of greenery, clean comfortable rooms, and a well-kept pool. Palolem Beach is an easy short walk away. Staff were polite and helpful, and the cottages and calm atmosphere suited a family, couple, or friends’ Goa break. A good option if you want a quiet stay near the beach.

We enjoyed eating at the in-house Salt and Pepper restaurant, where the food was tasty and satisfying. Akshay was especially helpful and friendly, and his warm hospitality made the stay better. Kings Villa Resort is close to Palolem Beach, so it’s easy to get there while still having a calm, comfortable place to return to. I’d recommend it.

The spacious, clean room and impressive food made this a good value stay. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. I had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend.

The property was peaceful and made for a relaxed stay. My cottage was comfortable and nice, though some parts could use maintenance. With a little more upkeep, the place could be even better.

We paid for a comfortable stay, but instead spent it in darkness and discomfort. There was no electricity in our room, day or night, and management did nothing to fix it or provide proper backup until the morning of 24th May. We booked for 22nd-23rd May. The night staff member was drunk and couldn’t speak or respond properly. That kind of irresponsible behaviour was completely unacceptable. Only a few staff acted decently, and the rest of the experience was horrible. In heavy rain, we had to leave at 6 AM. This was by far my worst hotel stay. Management should be ashamed of how guests are treated.
