margaritas residency

The rooms seemed neat at first, but during our five-night stay at Margarita Residency we found bedbugs. That made the visit very uncomfortable and disappointing. I also had a problem with how the staff handled things. They acted as middlemen and wouldn’t let guests speak directly with the owner. They seemed to quote different prices each time, which felt confusing and unprofessional. The Owner should know about this and communicate directly with Customers. It wasn’t a pleasant stay.

The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the rooms clean. My stay was still disrupted by having to switch rooms several times, and that was inconvenient. The beds also felt a little dusty, or there may have been an issue with the linens or mattress. Room management and bedding quality need attention.

It’s a quiet, laid-back place for a peaceful vacation, away from city noise but only a three-minute drive from benaulim city center. From the benaulim circle, everything is close by, and the beach is another eight-minute ride. The place is super clean, has ample parking for cars and bikes, and felt very safe for families. The hospitality was top-notch. Mr Naresh called to confirm my arrival time, and Mr Rohan gave me a warm welcome and handled check-in. I’d had a minor bike accident on the way to Margao, and Rohan helped with my bags and was concerned about my well-being. I work in hospitality myself, so I know those gestures matter to guests. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely visit again.

The view was lovely, and it’s very close to the best Benaulim beach. The staff were polite and available 24/7, and the service was very good. A place worth visiting.
