The staff were the best part of my stay. They were polite, calm, and helpful, and could share trusted contacts for renting a bike. The property is also around 3-4 km from Dabolim Airport, so being nearby doesn’t mean you can walk there; you’ll still need transport. My room cost ₹2000, but it didn’t feel worth that price. It seemed like an old building, the room was below average, and a bad smell lingered throughout my stay. Breakfast was expensive for the quality, and the pool has been closed for a long time, so don’t rely on the photos online. I’d check other places before booking.

The staff were always polite and ready to help with a smile, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. We stayed at this hotel near Bagmola Beach in South Goa, just a short walk from the beach. The room had an amazing view, especially from the balcony, which had a vibrant Goa feel. The rooms felt luxurious, and the waves and fresh sea breeze made everything feel refreshing. It was a peaceful, memorable stay, ideal if you’re after natural beauty and a quiet beach break away from heavy crowds. I’d happily visit again. 🌴🌅

We booked 14 rooms for 40 family members for my nephew’s destination wedding, with celebrations planned for December 31, the roce ceremony on January 1, 2026, and the wedding on January 3. At first we weren’t sure whether the hotel would allow several events. Mr. Chandandeep put us at ease, welcoming the celebrations as long as we kept decorum and respected hotel standards and other guests. He even let us put up a stage and lights, which made the occasions more special. The management and whole team were quick and helpful with everything we asked for, even knowing we’d have ongoing requests. My thanks especially to Mr. Chandandeep, Ms. Amina, Mr. Rahul, Ms. Santosh, Ms. Nasreen, and the others whose names I unfortunately can’t remember. They met each request with a smile. Our family had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean, room service was excellent, and the hospitality made the wedding celebrations memorable. Highly recommended.

The pool was closed and empty, which was my only real complaint. Otherwise, it was good value for money. The welcome was friendly and efficient, and the room was fine, with air conditioning, hot water, a small balcony, and regular cleaning and towel changes. The beach is a 15-minute walk downhill, and I took a taxi back. I liked it enough to extend my stay by three nights.
