I regret staying here. The beds were thin, damaged, and noisy, and there weren’t proper charging points. There’s no reception or anyone on site to help. The geyser and AC weren’t working, and if you call customer care for assistance, it takes an hour and a half to two hours for help to arrive. A terrible experience.

I left after 24 hours of dealing with this and moved to another hotel. OYO called then to ask if they could close the complaint, which was laughable. My first callback took 3-4 hours after I reported the issue. I escalated it three times, got disconnected, and nobody called back. There’s no reception or staff to greet you, either. The room was filthy and unhygienic, with dirty linen and insects everywhere. It needs pest control, painting, and renovation. The TV had no working cable connection, there was no WiFi, and the AC took five hours to cool a room under 120 square feet. The worst experience. I’d recommend avoiding this property and OYO.
