Alila Diwa gave us an amazing stay. The team put so much effort into making guests comfortable and happy, it was almost hard to believe. Valecia deserves a special shout-out for taking such good care of us and making my birthday feel special. The cake she arranged was customized and didn't feel like a generic one for anyone. There was also a "happy birthday" bedsheet in the room. She had it all arranged between check-in and our arrival in the room. You were wonderful, and I can't wait to come back. Thank you so much ❤️

The location was stunning, and the management team was warm and attentive. Our rooms were immaculate, and room service was prompt and excellent. All the staff were supportive and attentive throughout. A special shout-out to Velecia, the Guest Relations Manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. I had a wonderful stay at Alila Diwa Goa and couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend it.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the resort. The rooms were beautiful and exceptionally clean, and what stood out most was how lovely everyone was, from the managers and receptionist to housekeeping. They also accommodated our request for a late checkout. This was our first trip with our 1.5 year old, and the team made it memorable. They gave us a free upgrade and provided delicious baby food whenever we asked, at any time of day. From check-in onward, we felt very welcome and received outstanding service. It's one of the best experiences we've had, and we'll come back when we're in Goa again. A big shout-out to the whole Alila team for making our first stay with our toddler so memorable.
