Wendy's kitchen is right next door, which made dining easy, and the beach is close by. The area is very calm, and the rooms were neat and comfortable. Jasmine mam made check-in smooth even though we arrived very late, and helped us out. I’d highly recommend it for a small family group.

The staff were friendly, but it still didn’t feel very personal, as can happen in a larger place with lots of rooms. Our room was at the back, fortunately, so it felt a bit more relaxed without everyone passing by. The rooms are very small, and having just a door and a little window made ours feel even smaller. Cleaning happened every other day, not daily as advertised.

I had a one-bedroom apartment with plenty of space and liked having a kitchen, but the service was minimal. I was left on my own with towels that smelled mouldy and no staff to ask about changing them. The super hot shower was the best part. The neighborhood dogs, including the next-door neighbour’s, barked loudly through the night. Earplugs didn’t help. The location was otherwise good enough, though the beach isn’t especially beautiful.

I spent three weeks here during the July-Aug monsoon and had a comfortable, quiet place for some solo downtime. I booked through booking.com. The apartment had ornate design and good quality, and the fully furnished kitchen was well equipped, including a portable induction heater. Housekeeping took out the trash and changed the towels and sheets every 2 days. It was close enough to the benaulim/trinity beaches for my needs, though renting a scooter is a must for a longer stay. The owner lady was very helpful, and kept in touch with guests on whatsapp. It worked out as a great location for a quiet monsoon break.
