New Common Home

Shankar, the caretaker, helped us throughout, from directions and bike rentals to room cleaning. He was a real all-in-one caretaker and made the trip smooth and comfortable. The restaurant staff were welcoming too, serving a tasty breakfast and readily bringing extra dishes and spoons when we needed them. New Common Home Beach Resort in Agonda is right on the beach, with beautiful views of Agonda Beach from both the restaurant and resort. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Agonda.

We spent four nights in a King Suite, and the location was terrific. The beach was only 10-20 steps away, with little crowding, clean sand, and great views. The surrounding roads were clean too. We arrived at 1 A.M. The staff had checked in with us about our arrival time that morning and followed up during the night. The property manager stayed up to make check-in smooth and walked us to the parking beside the property. Later, after we lost our room keys on the beach, staff helped us search and opened the room with a spare key when we couldn't find them in five minutes. Our suite was spacious and clean, with an outdoor sitting area and a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, and basic utensils. They left complimentary water without us asking, cleaned daily, and staff responded to requests within five minutes. The bathroom was roomy and clean, with a wardrobe that was a bit old but clean, an instant geyser, and the other basic amenities. We only had the complimentary breakfast. There weren't many options, but what we tried was good in both quantity and quality, and the staff were nice. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

The restaurant team made our stay especially easy, always helpful and accommodating, and the food was great too. It’s a real family-friendly resort with beautiful sea views. The water is astonishingly close, only about 30 steps away. A lovely choice for a relaxed beach break with family.

The café was a highlight for us, with fresh, delicious food that was nicely presented, whether we stopped in for breakfast or evening snacks. Thanks to Mr. Raj Kapoor for beautiful Shacks.... The resort has a peaceful feel and is near Agonda Beach, which made it a memorable South Goa getaway. Everyone was friendly and cooperative, and they really made an effort to keep us comfortable. We had a fantastic stay at Common Home Resort Goa and would happily recommend it.
