The rooms were in poor condition, with paint peeling off the walls, and the lift was very old and badly maintained. They didn't provide basic things like a chair or water heater. The reception staff seemed inexperienced and didn't communicate well with each other. There were also stray dogs outside, which made me concerned about safety, and parking was inadequate. For the money, it wasn't worth it. Even budget lodges offer better facilities for less.
It's a convenient 15-minute walk from Madgaon Junction. I had a fantastic stay, especially thanks to the front office team on both the day and night shifts. They were awesome, very polite, helpful, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The management and staff were all eager to help. A tip: booking through the official website gets you the best prices.
Really good hotel. The only thing is, they don't provide enough drinking water for the day.
The room was comfortable for what I paid, and the hotel was good value. Finding it was a bit difficult, though. It's in the market area, and the surroundings aren't very appealing.
