This service apartment is economical, though I may have visited during the off season. It’s a decent, nice place, furnished with the basics and set up as a 1BHK or RK studio. Two or three people can stay. There are a few restaurants and cafes within about 2-4 km, along with bike rentals. Keep in mind it’s in South Goa. I drove there and parking didn’t give me trouble, the building is at a dead end and it felt safe, though you park at your own risk.

I checked out just 3-4 hours after arriving, so the money felt wasted. The room was cramped and smelled bad, as did the bathroom and kitchen. The almirah was dirty, the balcony was dirty, and the sofa was low quality and uncomfortable. There’s no power backup, and the area can have long outages, so be careful.

I’d like to give this four stars, but the maintenance is getting out of hand. We had to clean the ceiling fan ourselves before using it. The AC filters were clogged, and we didn’t feel like cleaning those too, so we didn’t dare turn it on.

A good independent OYO property in a convenient location, with parking. It had what we needed, including a kitchen, fridge, TV, and water purifier. We had a good stay.

For this pricey area, it's a great affordable place. The rooms are clean and looked after well, though the view isn't much to write home about. Good for unwinding at the end of the day.
